Suggestions | 3 commands

Command	Description
!setsuggestions [on/off]	sets the suggestion module either on or off enabling or disabling the system
!setsuggestionchannel <#channel>	sets the suggestion channel when a user suggest something it will send to that channel it was set to
!suggest	suggest a message and sends to the suggestion channel it was set to
